What Makes this Retreat so Special
Vanessa Rubio
Vanessa Rubio is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, trained with Alchemy of Breath in Tuscany, Italy and with Breathing Back to You in Atlanta, Georgia. For this retreat, she will be guiding women through a Womb-Centered Breathwork journey — a deep somatic healing experience that prioritizes safety, sovereignty, and aliveness within the feminine body.
An actor, storyteller, vocalist, and artist, Vanessa discovered Breathwork in 2021 and it profoundly changed her life. She became a facilitator in 2024, called to share what she had lived. She is honored to hold a safe and sacred container for the exploration of the Heart-Womb and the Crystalline Body.

Vanessa and Varshana met in Sedona, Arizona, and quickly clicked on shared visions of Humanity, Sacred Unions, the Power of Women, Healing and Honoring the Earth. Vanessa helped co-narrate Varshana and Nimbus's book, Feminine Metamorphosis. With the power of the Sophia, the Divine Feminine rising on Earth presently, Vanessa and Varshana felt called to facilitate a heart-womb portal for women to activate and communicate with this divine creative center we carry.
Varshana
Varshana is 50 years old. She has dedicated her entire lifetime to yoga, meditation, dance, Sacred Sexuality. Born and raised as a child in the spiritual culture of a Vedic ashram, she later founded two professional dance schools, performed as a dancer across North America and is one of only a few westerners trained in classical Indian Odissi Dance. As a massage therapist, yoga instructor and fitness trainer she collaborated with the original Gold's Gym and empowers women to be Erotically Fit. A successful entrepreneur and author, she is also a mother of two grown children. She brings Dance, Erotic Fitness and Sacred Sexuality into the teachings of Quantum Merging and is renowned for her expertise with Super Nova Orgasms for women.
Varshana is excited to unlock your inner Mystic Hot self. Her Classes are for Women who want to ignite their passion for sexual strength and vibrant vitality.

Please bring yoga mat and or blanket, warm socks, journal and pen, water bottle, eye mask if you have one
For the ones who choose the full day retreat you will need to bring a swimsuit, yoga wear, and something to wear for dinner

1:00 pm program starts, Breath work journey into the womb
2:30 pm Grounding with the elements walk3:00 pm Cacao and Connect Ceremony

6:00 pm enjoy a meal together (which is optional) at the Outbound restaurant

Arrive at 11:00 am enjoy the Pool and Spa for a few hours…. this is an extra $25.00 for pool and spa use, handled by the Outbound Resort.
